Really tasty. I get tart (slightly sour) cherry like a good cherry pie, but also some mustiness that you get from a quad. This works for me.

A lot of cherry notes, fresh and sweet, and mild sourness. It's a little more funky than other krieks. Some grapefruit notes, citrusy. Some bitter notes, again like grapefruit. Very nice overall

Cheers. I enjoyed first lambic via Sam Adams eons ago. This is a 2022 vintage with plenty of sour cherry and oak notes. Dry and tart very enjoyable. 8 oz. Cherries per pint. It says it can cellar for up to 20 years so this is a baby bottle. 🍻

Sour cherries, fresh and tart. Cherry jam, with some sweetness. Mild funky notes, some leather and wood, and some cheese notes. The sourness is only mild compared to other krieks, and I like it. Quite complex. Some bitter herbal notes. Really good
