Goudkleurig, goeie kraag. Geur zuur champagne achtig. Dronk meteen Volle bak zuur en aardsig, ik moet nog steeds wennen aan deze stijl maar desalniettemin een prima brouwsel!

Fors zuur. Precies zoals ie ooit bedoeld is geweest. Niet helemaal het juiste moment voor deze sour, maar desalniettemin een lekker versnapering.

Another sour I tasted in tying to settle on one of their four sours on tap. Glad I didn’t have to commit to this one either. Extreme tart pucker action.

Idk what the hate is about, this is aging spectacularly. Huge hop cheese flavor, green apple and brandy, a little bit of lemon zest. I’d drink this every day if I could.
