Naso che esprime l'atteso tono acido assieme ad un discreto spirito selvaggio. In bocca l'acido, naturalmente presente, non è mai aggressivo, ed è ben bilanciato dagli off-flavours, rendendo la bevuta molto gradevole ed equilibrata. Il blend è del 2015/16

Kurkdroog. Wrangig zuurtje. De cognacvaten hebben amper invloed. De afdronk is zurig met duidelijke tonen van eiken.
