2016 the cork flew off. Beautifully mellow flavours still lots of apple and a nice acidity

Zapach pestkowe, cytrusy, funky, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, lekko korkowe, cytrusy, funky, przyjemne.

Lighter carb and mouth feel than the first edition. Much lighter oak and green apple notes all around as well. Lacking much complexity compared to #1.

Bien sèche et plutôt astringente, léger low-body. Un délice avec la raclette.

Not a particular deep aroma, not heavily acidic but rather wooden and straw notes. Slight vinuous afterglow and a non typical Geuze Taste. Might need some more aging.
