Marvelous geuze. Layers of lambic, bready malt, and a strong peppery finish. Clean and dry, absolutely fantastic pour. Schmeckt es sehr gut!

Manzana verde, fruta cítrica como a zeste de pomelo, heno, funk. Muy compleja pero armoniosa. Bajo dulzor y maltosidad, acidez media-baja, amable. Amargor medio, breve. Taninos moderados que dan estructura e invitan a beber. Carbonatación alta, fina.

Always nice to revisit, ages beautifully, mild funk on the nose, moderately tart, refreshing, a hint citric, round.

Wildly effervescent. Taste is kind of one note, huge fresh grapefruit cut with a touch of lemon. Mild bitterness on the back. It’s not funky, it’s very very clean.
