Very mild, clean and refreshing. Dry green apple cider initially, then a funky but extremely short finish. Thin mouthfeel. The result is a very moreish and balanced geuze, but maybe a bit too watery to get a top score. Great for a sunny day!

Horsey, tart, with a healthy dose of oak tannins. Lovely.

Huge cork pop, poured with a rocky, unstable head that smelled of... nothing. Like, I couldn't smell anything until the head dissipated. Fresh grass and lemon got me thinking this is a younger bottle. Subtle forest funk, bitter finish.

Always nice to revisit, ages beautifully, mild funk on the nose, moderately tart, refreshing, a hint citric, round.

Manzana verde, fruta cítrica como a zeste de pomelo, heno, funk. Muy compleja pero armoniosa. Bajo dulzor y maltosidad, acidez media-baja, amable. Amargor medio, breve. Taninos moderados que dan estructura e invitan a beber. Carbonatación alta, fina.

6 y.o. bottle. Very high carbonation, spritzy, tart apple, honeydew melon, peach, floral, lavender, wet hay, biscuit malt, bone dry, medium body, mild-moderate acidity, mild-moderate funk. Delicious sipper for a lazy Sunday.

Marvelous geuze. Layers of lambic, bready malt, and a strong peppery finish. Clean and dry, absolutely fantastic pour. Schmeckt es sehr gut!
