(Eiken) hout, appel, stro en paarden kuil gras in de geur. Hout, citrus, appel en stro in de smaak. Fantastisch gebalanceerd.

Dry, oak, that Boon mineral character, lots of tart fruit with balanced earthy funk, complex and quite tasty

Indisputably Belgian and the oak is definitely there. I'd prefer this simpler without the added oak. Great nose with some complexity though to compliment a meal.
