Absolutely unbelievable. So complex, slightly thick and almost yeasty in texture, sour, but not overwhelmingly so, with a rich aged quality that feels refined. Dark woody flavors on the finish. Smooth, elegant, and all-around delicious

Incredible. Earthy, some minerals, apple, raisins, pucker. Yum. My goodness. If there’s a better lambic, it’s a more expensive twin. Drink this again and again.

Very hazy honey color w/ sturdy white head & lacing; effervescent. Apricot nose & taste; add straw & yeast flavors; there’s prominent oak, as well. Sour, but subtle; airy dry finish, like a great champagne.

🇧🇪 Гезе, 8%. В ароматике и вкусе сенность, кислотность супер, уксусность хорошо, солённое тело в хорошем исполнении.

This is one of the most unique tasting beers I have ever had. It has a striking aroma, almost smoky. It is very dry and sour. It has a deep penetrating taste. Very very woody. Brewed 15 February, 2015. Bottled 20 December, 2016. Best by 20 December, 2036.
