On the 16th day of the 8th Street ale Haus advent, the TapMaster gave to me this luscious yet not overdone raspberry stout. Great mouthfeel. Good level of raspberry without drowning out the coffee and dark chocolate notes. Yum.

On the 10th day of the 8th street ale Haus advent, the TapMaster gave to me this minerally, sour wonder. Missing that apple I love in these but maintains that dry, champagne like mouth feel and funk. This box continues to amaze me.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) A.

Somehow my first KBS check in. Great coffee, chocolate and maple. Very smooth for the ABV. Was expecting a touch more velvetiness (if that is a word), but then again it’s not a pastry. Thanks Adam N. !!

Incredible. Earthy, some minerals, apple, raisins, pucker. Yum. My goodness. If there’s a better lambic, it’s a more expensive twin. Drink this again and again.
