Rivals A&G, but a news dick behind. Cracking beer with plenty of subtlety, sweaty, apple/pear, hay, big funk, dry and a light acidity.

Aged too long. Few of the nice funk notes left, an aggressive nail polish and butyric acid flavors dominate. This is one is on me, should have had it earlier.

Circa 2016. Juicy white wine grapes, apple and pear, sharp Italian cheese. Only the faintest hints of barnyard funk, mostly in the nose. Moderate acidity and tartness.

Wauw....zo opgebouwd en in balans. In geur en smaak helemaal goed.

beautiful style, well done. Highly overlooked. Funky cheese, barnyard, crisp Granny Smith apples, long woody oak finish. Up there w/ the 3 font's of the lambic world.

Heerlijk zuur. Voor referenties moet je bij siem zijn

Very hazy honey color w/ sturdy white head & lacing; effervescent. Apricot nose & taste; add straw & yeast flavors; there’s prominent oak, as well. Sour, but subtle; airy dry finish, like a great champagne.

For a 2016 bottled date shelf Gueze this is quite the bang for the buck! Mellow Aged cheese followed by a bouquet of candied wine grapes, acidity is also mellow. Super tasty w dinner

Couldn't have opened without a wax cutter to dig into the cork. Hazy amber, funky/tart aroma, sweet yet sour finish with hints of smokiness. Would like it drier but nice flavor
