This sour has an extra flavour in it, maybe smoky maybe something else but the sediment makes the aroma better.

Ça sent vraiment les vieilles chaussettes. A tart beer with a very fermented sour apple taste, but cider has nothing on this baby. The finish is dry, funky yet crispy (It rhymes, I meant to say crisp 😛). Brussels Champagne indeed. Pair it with a dubey.

Lekkere Oude Gueuze. Smaak is fris en sprankelend, daarnaast een beetje witte wijn achtig en de smaak van eiken foeders op de achtergrond

Watching Amstel Gold race.. can’t help it.. rather drink it with classic geuze.. revived by Boon. Affordable and very good. An ‘every day’ geuze for geuze-lovers and newbies..

Golden colour with a little bit of foam.Lemon,stone fruits,pepper,wheat,yeast and apples(Boon signature) in the aroma.Taste follows the same line.Salty,mineral,funky and dry.Good geuze, an ideal introduction to the style.4.1.Brew by Boon under Moriau name
