Nose is tart lemon, fresh funky silage and apple. Taste mirrors nose, and adds oaky white wine, citrus zest and more funk with a touch of sherbet. Light and clean loveliness.

Supple leather, oak barrels, funk & plump white grape aroma; taste is tart, lemony lactic notes & leathery oak tannins, tangy white grape & musty brett funk; tobacco leaves aftertaste; peppery brett funk, citrus pith & tobacco tannin bitterness to finish.

A wunderfull Geuze with a strong complex taste. A bit woody aftertaste.

Lekkere Oude Gueuze. Smaak is fris en sprankelend, daarnaast een beetje witte wijn achtig en de smaak van eiken foeders op de achtergrond

Very light, some caramel, light funk and acidity. Slight bitter finish. Fun.

Ça sent vraiment les vieilles chaussettes. A tart beer with a very fermented sour apple taste, but cider has nothing on this baby. The finish is dry, funky yet crispy (It rhymes, I meant to say crisp 😛). Brussels Champagne indeed. Pair it with a dubey.

This sour has an extra flavour in it, maybe smoky maybe something else but the sediment makes the aroma better.
