Lambic Bliss. Notes: Brewed 11/16/2014, bottled 12/16/2016. Drank it in 2021. Thanks MF J. Tart and dry, think chardonnay. Aroma of tart notes with some light funky barnyard notes and some vinous notes are also perceptible

Smells amazing. Classic geuze flavours in the front, although the funk from the oak barrel seems weirdly pronounced on the back of the throat. Slightly savoury maybe? Something I can't quite put my finger on.
