Golden-orange pour. Aroma of apricot, peach, and vanilla, taste follows with hay and barnyard, some tart apple and delicate pear. As the beer warms, it gets increasingly barnyardy and nectary.

This one is very wine-y, lots of the character of the barrel, slightly tannic finish. I like this one least of the four bottles in the tasting box, but it's still good. Pairs nicely with a 2OT playoff hockey game 🍻🏒

Mar 18. 375ml. Misty gold, small white bubbles. Aroma has some beautifully fruity funk. Taste similarly is brilliantly fruity, floral w an enticing sweetness, almost BA-like, w cognac echoes and additional lemon and grapefruit notes. Wonderfully complex
