Mjuk och fin med en väldigt vinös ton. Komplex som bara den och väldigt ljuvlig.

Rare bottle, enjoyed at Hopleaf . Bright amber color. Bright nose fades quickly after first pour. Smooth bubbly mouthfeel - surprising for the low carbonation. Flavor is sweetly smooth (from cognac influence) with sour lambic essence start to finish.

Очень похожа на 91, но здесь бочка из под коньяка, хотя не скажу, что отличил бы от кальвадоса. В целом прекрасно.
