Tak jsem vyzkoušel odlišný styl Lambicu na který jsem zvyklý od Wild C. v Čechách. Avšak nebylo to ono, bylo to chutí prazdné a postrádalo to nějaký chuťový nádech. Spíše to bylo blíže k suchým Ciderům

De geur doet een zure smaak vermoeden, maar de smaak is eerder een alcoholische appelsap, zoals een cider. Beetje teleurstellend.

TETT:02/03/2023 Burunda sirke ve aseton çok bariz. Hafif balzamik ve elma sirkesi notaları. Esmer şeker ve kızarmış tost ekmeği. Bayık meyve. Damakta ortanın yüksek tatlılık. Hafif bir ekşilik. Gazlı kalem.Arkada biraz barnhouse. Çok Kompleks değil. Eh🍻

Light amber with perfectly white head. Sweet apple nose. Later sweet, quite thin with a slightly sour finish. No bitterness. Like a natural shandy or radler.

Heavily candy sugared lambic.. sweetness outbeats the sourness. The location is an absolute must visit if in Brussels though, one of Brussels oldest still operating cafes. 👌 the portion of cheese for its price is exceptional (positive) 😋

Sweeter than I remember it being. Could do with a bit more sharpness.

Słodkie, cukrowe, jablkowo-gruszkowe. Zero kwaśnej kontry. Lekkie, ale bardziej w klimacie cydru. Lindemansy lepsze :)
