Elegant, complex, and vibrant. Great balance and drinkability. Champagne-like effervescence and dry finish. A tug between fruit, funk, and nuanced aged notes. An outstanding beer.

Ruthlessly sour, I remember the last one being too sweet. Bloody excellent.

Megablend 2019 van de grote 8. Nog houdbaar tot 2038 maar kunnen niet wachten. Waarom ook, deze is nu al top.

Aroma manzanero, envejecido. Giste abundante, efímero, blanquecino. C° fino, muy juguetón. Pelín turbia, translúcida. OH integrado, peligrosilla. Sabor sutil ácido, manzana, amargor suave. R° agrio suave, algo seco, madera. Brutal! Felices Fiestas 🍻🍻
