After ageing for 6 more years, time to try again. A lot softer, drier and a lot more delicious.

10 years old. Very low carb. Good color. Lots of deep cellar funk keeps things interesting. Dry and mineral like finish. I’d like to try a more recent vintage but this is very good for its age.
