Funky, quite acidic, horse blanket, slightly flowery, citric, wood. Sour and dry.

Lecker, aber sehr dezent. Kaum Leder, kaum Holz. Aber schöne Säure und Tartness.

For a unblended lambic, it's got tons of life and complexity. But with it comes a ton of acidity. My stomach is churning halfway through the bottle. Near perfect otherwise.
