Love this beer, is getting softer with age. Hint of apples and raspberries with some lime and spicy pears

Farmhouse cheese aroma and a little to taste. Musty and Uber funky, shows it’s imperial ABV. Was unsure at first but it certainly improved once opened up in the glass.

Heel mooie smaakevolutie ondergaan waarbij er vooral veel funk bij is gekomen met een halve boerderij in het aroma. In de smaak net iets droger geworden en heeft ook een wat stoffig karakter dat opduikt, afdronk wel redelijk beperkt

Fantástico como esse tipo de experiência não oferece grandes mudanças sensoriais de uma safra para outra, até mesmo de uma cervejaria para outra, pelo menos nada muito flagrante e peculiar. Mas há poucas brejas tão perfeitas quanto as Lambic/Geuze.

Недозрелые садовые яблоки, крыжовник, виноградные листья, сено. Скрипучий, аккуратный, мягонький, свежий.

Bottle. Found this at the back of the cupboard, no idea where/when I got it. Has *really* mellowed, plenty of funk but little sourness.

Bred in nosing, like fermented wet straw... Light wheat notes, sourness and notes of vinegar and dried fruits... Like a bruit Champagner.. outstanding

1st bottle from Franks case. 6 years on it. Funky Hay nose, soft sweet wheat on the tongue. Delicious.
