Chaque fois que je la bois, je me dis que j'oublie à quel point c'est bon. Ma gueuze préférée shelf all around. Si complexe, ample en bouche et accessible.

Funky, a little earthy, some mineral notes and a bit oaky. Aged quite nicely, and went well with our chilli.

Ao retirar a rolha e abrir a garrafa aroma complexo de flores e frutas e após fica o aroma mais ácido e rústico. Sabor com acidez controlada e com alguma coisa frutada entre maçã e uva. Carbonatação média, e final super seco.

Fruity sour dry experience balanced well with a tad of hops. Perfect match with a smoked trout and Absinth mustard :o)

Funky, farmy, grassy tartness. Hints of apple. Dry finish.

Fris zuur, brett, funky, fruitig, droog. Prachtig huwelijk. Lekker genieten.

The tartness has all but disappeared, leaving a very smooth gueuze. Not as funky either as I might have expected. Very pleasant though.

Liked it better than the 2018/9, less carbonated maybe? Still think I prefer the Duchess

Clear amber. Stable head. Nose is Bramley apple, cellar musk and Brie rind. Toasted apple and lingering oak on the tongue and finish. A vintage to behold.
