Damn drinkable, not the most complex lambic ever but it is super drinkable. Mellow funk, some orange or tangerine, bit of old wood, grass. Moderate acidity. Solid.

Dug this out of the garage after tucking it away for 5 years or so. Tasting nice and crisp and refreshing. Green apple and a little funk.

Very drinkable this one ,right sweet, not too tart and sourish, moderate sulfurous acidic, gentle in mouth, good for going for lunch, dry , end more bitter .

On the 10th day of the 8th street ale Haus advent, the TapMaster gave to me this minerally, sour wonder. Missing that apple I love in these but maintains that dry, champagne like mouth feel and funk. This box continues to amaze me.

Ff in de sfeer van gisteren blijven, funky in de neus, hooi, stal. Zacht zuur, veel koolzuur, lichte wrangheid in de nasmaak.

Fine fine fruity and sour balance. Still very lactic and a good dose of oak, bittersweet citrusy with a lot of grapefruit. It still hasn't thrown away its youthful rebellion.
