Wow! First lambic. Tart, sour. Pleasant. Not overpowering. Complex.

ABV of 8% but it doesn’t seem to affect the taste at all—easy drinking, easily drunk. Lemon sourness, tastes in the roof of the mouth. A greatly balanced and mature brew.
