Rotgoldene, trübe Geuze mit feinporiger Schaumkrone / in der Nase frisch, säuerlich, lebendig, fruchtig, würzig, trocken, malzig / im Geschmack säuerlich, erfrischend, schäumend, fruchtig, Vanille, Cognac, Karamell, trocken, holzig. Fazit: Bierdelikatesse

Heerlijke geuze lambic. Licht zurig met aroma van fruit .

4.40 facile. Vanille et cognac. Fumé un tout petit peu . Acide mais complètement equilibre par le boisé et la magnifique bulle. Texture parfaite. Nice boon, je veux toute les essayés

향 : 꿉꿉하고 시큰한 핵과류 과일향 맛 : 포도껍질의 새콤한 향이 먼저 치고 향에서 났던 꿉꿉한 내음과 오크통의 향이 2차로 침과 동시에 드라이한 쌉쌀함이 입안을 채움. 탄산도 잘 살아있어 깔끔 그자체

Smaakt wranger dan de Boon die ik gewoon ben, pak bitterder waardoor het niet makkelijk is om de subtiele smaken terug te vinden. Eik proef je wel in nasmaak, maar de vanille- en perziktoetsen waar ik hoopte, vind ik helaas niet.

De absolute top. Volle smaak nog steeds. Alleen de geur al is een belevenis: appel, kandij, caramel, in de smaak iets van donkere vruchten. Heerlijk.
