8,5% abv. Light sour, great balanced Lambic. Oaky and funky. Dry, light minty and sparkling. I love this style. The funkyness and subtleness. Great!

Njammie. Geuze zoals geuze moet zijn. Zurig, zacht en totaal niet springerig. Zoals een klassieke schoonheid. Niemand weet waarom maar is er wel over eens.

C’est rare que je bois de la Boon, ça fait changement! Je préfère encore Tilquin et 3F, mais le côté sec et poussièreux est sympathique. Merci Raspipav!

Mokra skóra, pelnia. W smaku kwasne, pestkowe alw tez takie wrazenie pelni. Super.

Rare de tomber sur un lambic à 8.5%. Gros corps, beaucoup de bois, légère vanille, caramel, acidité bien dosée. Beau funk. J'avais un impression de barril de spiritueux.
