Bit sharp citric sour, fullbodied and soft. Green apples, somewhat nutty and oaky. Funky, dryish, citric and bitterish aftertaste. Another great blend from Boon, more bitter than usual.

Just a beautiful lambic, dominant citrus and caramel, lingering notes of oak (vanailla). Wonderfully textured, was expecting heavy but no... This is bangin'

Appels, Calvados. Hout (eik). Vanille. Niet zo zuur. Eerder zoete toetsen en vooral bittere afdronk. Complexe blend 👌!

Now, this is massive. Fizzy, crispy, waterfall-on-flat-stone minerality. Oaky, cheesy, tart apples, citrus, malty and desert dry.
