Now here's a sour beer I can enjoy. I totally understand now why this is such a classic. Really very good indeed. Apples and cinnamon with a distinct lemon character. Apple pie anyone? Bubbly, elegant, refined. Sour and tart obviously. Delicious!

Abv 7% Kleur: troebel geel. Geur: Zurig, stal en funky. Smaak: Fris, ietwat droog en rond, witte druif, niet agressief zurig. Ietwat smaak van zacht steenvrucht, funky & tarty! 2016 zie je niet vaak meer.

De ontem. Aroma tem perfil de frutas amarelas e sugestão de caju. No sabor segue, com leve adstringência que tb remete à fruta. Sem aquela pegada agressiva, mas a drinkability tb é mediana. Interessante.

Aroma afrutado, ácido y con un punto cítrico. Giste efímero y blanquecino. Turbia, con poso, transparente. C° potente, notorio y fugaz. Fácil trago. OH integrado. Sabor ácido, afrutado y con final amargo. R° pelín seco y sutil astringente. Rica.
