Une excellente gueuze. Classique mais très très bien faite dans son genre.

C’est bon ça. Une vieille bouteille qui a gardé toute sa complexité. On sent le vermouth, c’est frais, un poil astringent mais super agréable en bouche.

Vintage 2018 Typical Boon minerality, malse Lambik, lime, bit of bergamot. Faint barrel, some wet wood vinious, vanilla. Smooth easy drinking geuze

Oude and tart, white wine with the funky horse blanket taste, fruity and dry. Drink cold for a refreshing pear flavored treat.
