Na pierwszym planie nuty dzikie, ale już na drugim wyczuć można drewno i wermut/zioła. Kwaśne bez przesady, z leciutką domieszką słodyczy. Nieskomplikowane i easy-drinkin’. Zaskakująco dobrze komponuje się z tortem makowym.

A nice drink for the warm weather. Smells of tart nectarine and green apple. A bit more sour up front than I was expecting. A bit of barnyard funk to follow through before a dry finish that is quite acidic, almost like a shot of lime juice.

Weet zeker dat ik hem wel eens eerder heb gedronken. Klassieke boon met een mooie invloed van het vat. Vind alleen de calvados versie nog mooier.

Très frais et pétillant. Ça pince! Magnifique couleur avec des petites bulles délicates. Je l'aime beaucoup, mais j'ai l'impression que ca pourrait être plus complexe! Sec et bien agréable!

This was a Tavour gem. Really cool lambic, great acidity, dry finish.. some nice lemon square and green apple tartness

I don’t get a ton of vermouth; it seems like it’s got a dry finish but I may be telling myself that. Pretty outstanding funk though, haven’t had one of these in a minute.

Very good. Gentle acidity, a little sweet from the vermouth. Touch of funk. Kinda wish I had waited to drink this whole bottle by myself at 11am on Memorial Day
