Note is closed, a little bit olive oil like. Low acidity, low sweetness, high mineral bitterness. I guess it's because of autolysis.

After having tried many (more) expensive Kriek beers, this still remains my favourite one. 2018 was a great vintage year, unfortunately being replaced by vintage 2019 now.

Bonne carbo qui soutient une acidité franche. La cerise est plutôt discrète mais se fond bien dans le Lambic. Classic shit pour une kriek du niveau de Boon.

Profumi invitantissimi e dolcissimi di ciliegia. Alla beva è invece poco fruttata e per nulla dolce. Poco tart. C'è invece un bel tocco di funk, botte, cantina etc... Non poi cosí secca, con nota mediamente amara che rimane. Comunque una bella bevuta.

Mer bigarå än körsbär i smaken, men doften var riktigt fin. Mycket kärna i smaken. Redigt besk. Wedding.
