Traditional Belgian lambic. Sour and funky. Not as much sour punch as I expected, maybe due to the age. Smoother than I expected too. A mildly bitter finish. I must find more imported Belgian sours!

Acidic oakey aroma. Definitely unfiltered, nice sediment layer. Dry, oakey and very much a lambic. Lucky find.

додержал. 6 лет в холодильнике томился. аромат - ферма приличная, попона, круп коня, жухлые листья, кожа. вкус - кажется дошел, кислота резкая, но быстро пропадает, вкус сухой, быстро обрывается. классная штука, не фонтаны и де Кам, но тоже ничего даже.

This is the Year of the boon. Ultimate, crisp, dry, refreshing, champagne straight after opening (beer oozing from the bottle) then comes in a touch of sweet but dry apple, finishes on overly ripe banana. Crack open the gaviscon.

Absolutely splendid. Hay, eastern white pine, lemon rind, green grape skin, freshly cut grass, leaf mulch, wood mill. Touch of astringency in the back end

Celebrating the new wine/geuze cellar by actually drinking some geuze. Insane how this has developed. Meyer lemon, peach, some mild dried mango. Color is richer from oxidation. Tartness is very mellow. Carb is there but not as robust. Have about 5 more.
