1/3 pint - a nice balance of cherry, funk and sourness in this draft only kriek from Boon. Lovely cherry colour too.

Rich ripe Morello cherries roughly chopped but not de-pitted, scattered liberally over a baked Brie coated with rich soured cream nose; taste is (almost jammy) rich sour cherries, with pit (stone) tannin bitterness, musty oak barrel & soft brett funk.

Sweet cherries, light balsamic and a bit of mulled spice on the nose. Tastes lighter, sharper and has a light funk about it. Bit of wine. 1/2. Not 1/3. No mucking about.

Сочная, терпкая, вяжущая немного полежавшая черешня/черная вишня в гёзе с побитыми мягкими бочками из которой так и сочится сок. Приятная небольшая минеральность на языке от гёза, понравилось
