Starts off like a nice white wine and finishes with mild pear and apples. Pretty good carbonation for a beer this old. Absolutely delicious.

2012/2013 gebraut und abgefüllt. Heute geöffnet. Boom - sauer aber aromatisch. Zuerst fast wie ein trockener Champagner und dann kommt das Bier. Sehr speziell und nach dem 4. Schluck boimig 😄 übrigens, haltbar bis 2035 - aber ich hatte Durst 🥸

Scherpe randje gaat er mooi af na rijping. Dit is de 8e fles na aankoop en mooi te zien hoe deze stijl rijpt

8-9 years in bottle. Good carbonation, flavor has mellowed—not as acidic or tart as some lambics. Dry. Still tastes good. Thanks Keith.
