Heavenly, despite not the high acidity level I hoped for this one has got tart layers of aged cherries with almond sweetness followed up by deep sourness and woody mouthfeel 👌🏼 deep red coloured sublimity with a cherry foamhead 🍒

This was pretty nice. Not the best iterations though. Quite bitter oddly enough. Other than that there's obvious almond/cherries with a slight tartness.

Lambic : juicy, vin rouge, gros goût de griottes, muscade, levures sauvages, pas très acidulé ni vinaigré, un peu boisé/chêne, sucrée et douce. Bien bon!

Dags att utmana smaklökarna lite... Den är lite tunn tycker jag. Liefmans är fan bättre
