2017-03-01 375ml bottled 2014-09-25, 2011 vintage, so this bottle is 2 1/2 years old, stored in a controlled beer cellar. Pour golden clear with a nice sparkling bubble foams. Aroma is of vinegar cider and old humid wood.

Nez funky, pommette sûre, allumette brûlée, léger boisé. Goût bien pétillant et funky, pomme acidulée, boisé, minéral, légère touche mielleuse, finale très sèche. Elle s'est adoucie avec le temps, moins vive et rafraîchissante.
