Very lively bottle, cork shot off with a loud bang and beer started gushing out, 10 years down (?, not sure if it’s BBF-20) and showing no signs of slowing down. Soft and pillowy, very low acidity, not much cellar funk, pleasant and easy drinking

Clean, crisp, lemon tart, and a tiny bit of the Belgian funk.

Yes. This beer is from 2014. Guess it never was the right time until now. Probably should have drank it while it was fresher but still good.
