Very nice now when it is warmer outside. At first tart then the aftertaste reminds me of a dry cider. It might get better in a few years.

Finally a Lambic worth drinking! Ever since COVID started I have been looking for a good Lambic being sold in the Netherlands, and this one takes the cake because it's not sweet at all, really sour, but not in an unpleasant way.

Prachtige geuze. Mooie fles ook (37,5 cl) met echte kurk. Mooi qua smaak, mooi qua beleving.

Decent funk, dry, apple peels. Very mild acidity, some bitterness. Very accessible and drinkable.

Funky woody aroma. Fruity oaky taste. Tart. Some funky undertones. Dry. @Toer de geuze at home.
