INTENSELY STRONG oak flavours. Not that used to it... But I guess that's how it's amazing.

The sourness is quite a lot overtaken by a sort of harshness from the barrel. Defenitely not the standard version. Taste is personnal. If it is the best geuze in the world? You have to decide by yourself.

Interesting expression. Sourness, bitterness, funk, and wood. All the good things in one bottle.

Misschien begin ik wat biased te worden tegenover geuzes. Maar het blijft een intense smaakbeleving iedere keer als je er eentje drinkt.

Een vat uit 2015 gebotteld in 2020. Lekker vol en complex, eiktoetsen, smooth zuurtje en rijke funk.
