Belgian Beer Club 4: Did this after Beer 5 and cheese to get the full effect. Immense. I love the Vat range. Funky as hell.

Lively neon lager coloured. Sedemrnt flowed in the glass. Single Foeder gives a dainty sour nose. It’s surprisingly dark. Like someone has laid oak on the middle of my tongue. Grapefruit the promenant flavour. But it’s balanced from the oak. Mysterious.

This lambic has a nice light hazy golden colour with a very small snow-white head. The aroma is funky but simply amazing: oakwood, lemon, smoke, leather and spices. The taste is also very very good, it starts sour, but not too sour, with massive smoke..

Funky stonefruit, wood and pepperberry aroma. Gooseberry, apricot, oak and mild white pepper flavour. Tart, funky, peppery, dry and mildly acidic,🇧🇪

Woody stonefruit and berry nose. Gooseberry and apricot tart flavours. Dry white oak finish. Woody berry late. Delish.👍
