BEWARE- Very over carbed- cork popped itself. Really had to fight through the carb, as it was masking the flavor. Agressive swirling to try and get the beer to release some of the CO2 Had lots of great potential. Hoped to age, but am very wary now.

Ça gush sur un moyen temps ça, goddamn! Au nez ça sent la pomme verte et le p'tit pied humide. En bouche c'est une gueuze assez standard, pommes, chêne, funk. Finale sèche. Pas super complexe. Un peu décevant ce "megablend" même si pas mauvais en soit.

Gorgeous aroma. Bottle fermented enough for the cork to blow two potlights. Funk is clean, but not complex. Drinks like a light farmhouse without the depth of a saison spice.

It's no 3f but it's still got an amazing tart sweetness and lemongrass funk. Not so farmy but I'll take it. 3.6. oh and the cork blew off like nothing I've seen in 2500 check ins. Dented the ceiling and poured foam .

Flink actief bier, veel schuim en ook veel schuim bij elke slok. Redelijk zuur en fris met wat fruitige zoetheid van mandarijn en perzik. Ook beetje hout met wat floraals. Mooie Geuze!

Blend van 6 verschillende bieren. Mooi droog met lekker zuurtje. Beetje fruitig, mandarijn/beetje perzik. De bieren zijn niet echt te onderscheiden maar het is wel een mooi geheel.
