Big musty apple with light citrus and minerls on the nose. Musty apple up front with lemon and a touch of lemon peel in the middle. Musty/earthy/corky funk with some minerality in the finish.

On pourrait croire que trop de lambic tue le lambic, c'est possible. Ici c'était un peu foufou, très gazeux pour un lambic, c'est rigolo, j'en reprendrai si l'occasion se présente.

Incredible. Bottle was VERY alive and had a champagne pop when I opened it and cork shot across the room! Beer is delightful. A perfect example of how geuze should taste!

Al wat gekalmeerd maar nog altijd heel veel koolzuur. Lekker geuzetje wel, niet te complex.

Не знаю, какая у них там технология, что берётся за основу, кто какую и в каком процентном соотношении вносит лепту, но профиль тут очевидно буновский – яркий, дерзкий, с горько-кислым цитрусом и сочно-горькой травой.
