Fresquísima, recién salida de fábrica! Por ponerle alguna pequeña pega me ha parecido algo alta de carbonatación, pero por lo demás es una geuze ejemplar. Mucho aroma, buen cuerpo y compleja en sabor, con un puntito amargo de lúpulo viejo y madera.Sublime

Wat een godendrank! En dan nog met Rien bij Junior op het terras aan de Linge. Zachte en zure gueuze met een lichte granige appelsmaak.

The bi-annual highpoint of the Flemish world of Lambic. It's oaky, sour, fresh and very smooth, but complex. It's young. I'll keep the 2nd bottle shelved.

Klar bärnsten i färg, vitt löddrigt skum, hög på kolsyra. Doft av ekfat, inslag av blommigt, fruktigt. Munkänslan är porlande, torr karaktär, strävt avslut. Blandningen är en riktigt vass geuze; frisk, syrlig, ek, jästigt, torkad frukt. Mums!

Giste muy espumoso. Color dorado traslúcido. Aroma ácido, manzana verde. Otra oude gueuse para acabar la noche. Una buena birra!

Immediately notice a strong well water nose. Big aged hop bite up front. Like the other bottle I've had, the cork was itching to jump out and carb is way too high, but I forgive that because it's fine once it sits for a few mins.

ароматика - умеренный скотный двор, зелёное яблоко, крыжовник, лимон, бретты. вкус - яркая кислота, немного остро вначале даже. пв - мягкое, аскорбиновое.

Gjær, jord, mineraler, funk og appelsin. Litt tubeost, krydder, appelsinmarmelade. Veldig tørr. Overkarbonert, smalt i taket. Helt sjef til en Firstprice biff med urtepoteter og 10/10 salat.
