(Stef) Ver van de zoete neefjes. Donkerrood. Had gerust nog langer mogen rijpen en wat zachtheid winnen. "Verse paardenmest" schreef iemand, en dat ruik ik inderdaad. Dat is echter niet negatief bedoeld :-)

No sweetness, mild sourness pretty much tart proofing the fact wild cherries (krieken) has been used. Comes with some oakey hints, earthy and funky agedness 🍒🇧🇪

Inviting nose and complex on the palate. There’s tart, acidic, bold, aggressive, funky all rolled into one. Not a lot of sweet to this - as intended from what I can surmise. Like a good Campari, I think this would continue to grow on me over time. Elegant
