Es ácida, muy citrica. De sabor es muy ácida, como a sidra. Casi lo parece. De color rubio claro casi blanca. Espuma consistente de alvéolo pequeño. Muy aromática. Con burbuja pequeña como el cava. En boca no es amarga pero si es bastante acida,

H2h met mariage parfait 2017 en Boon og 2009. Dit springt er, in negatieve zin, uit. Metalig, moutig, scherp zuurtje. Mist de balans van MP en de kelderrust van de 2009.

Good rich color with a very nice rich acidic funk flavor true to the style. Like with most Belgian styles, you generally know what you’re going to get and this doesn’t disappoint. It is spot on and very enjoyable.

Best before 09/07/2040. Love these lambic-teers. Has a bit of a lime cordial undertone to the acetic tart oakey layers. Would love to actually start putting some of these away to drink in the Roaring Forties.
