Cosa si può dire? Lambic 'da copertina', tanto equilibrato e pulito da sembrare ideale per presentare lo stile a chi non lo conoscesse. Profumo invitante, in bocca è morbida, con un'acidità gentile ed un corpo pieno, ed un finale secco e pulito.
