Lots of funk, and well balanced Gueuze. Maybe the best in the Monoblend Box.

Last of the vat box, the only one a bit different. The base is still the same, a tad less woody but some little spiciness, citrusy, flavors are very well balanced but it's a bit too dry, even short. 4.2

Best wel zuur, groene druif, citroen en appel. Inderdaad wat vineus. Niet zo zoetig als andere monoblends, maar ook niet zo zuur

Nice and sour. Quite acidic. Some wood from the barrel. Not too dry. Quite carbonated.

Fris en fruitig. Lekker zuurtje met tonen van citrus, appelcider, en kruiden. Een hint van hout. Iets wat ik minder gewend ben bij deze bieren is een bittere nasmaak. Hoort dat bij deze Geuze Boon VAT 122? Valt bij mij daarom wat minder in de smaak.
