Fijn aroma bij het ontkurken. Mooie schuimkraag. Goed gebalanceerde zuren. Correcte afdronk. Gewoon een prima gueze die zich best laat smaken. Maar geen “superster”

Filthy, funky, wet oak, wet straw, acidic lemon, lime. Hazy gold, small, frothy, white head. Light sour. Sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime juice, wet oak, funk, acidic notes, soft carb, full bod. Very nice, filthy, complex.

Duidelijke hout en vanille toetsen in geur. Wijnachtig. Caramel zelfs. 4 jaar vat. Moest wel goed zijn.
