Boon gueuze test 2 av 4. Den här var klart bättre än den första. Tydlig fatkaraktär, fräsch o fruktig, lagom syra o ingen störande bitterhet i finishen som den första hade lite av.

Full bodied, orange rind bitterness. Hint of sweetness, oak and wine. Yum.

Did a little tasting last weekend of the new Boon Vat-pack. Quite difficult to pick a favorite but they all tasted pretty good. I do think I have a favorite though but it wasn't this one. Cheers!

Enjoying this one. Herbal, slightly sweet. Smooth with low acidity.

Len, syrlig men inte så mycket som färskare är. Mest äpple, lite ek, kanske lite citronskal.

Skora, zapalki, siano, ser, lekka kwasnosc i cytrynka, 4,1, s: kwasne, cytrynowe, skorzane, grejpfrutowe, lekki gaz, taka bardzo ok podstawka, 4,1 overall.

Först ut i 4-packet, 4-årig 8%-ig gueze har jag nog aldrig druckit förut. Trevligt, trevligt 👌. Skulle ha haft lite pommes nu med en majjo som snacks.

Mooi zachte geuze. Wellicht omdat het het oudste vat was. Niks wrangs dit keer. Beetje appel, beetje citrus. Genieten.
