Smoky, woody, apple sauce, sour and lemon juice aromas. Cracking carbonation with notes of honey, sliced apple and farmyard. Tart but never raspingly so. Finishes floral, oaky, vinous, aged balsamic and mushed apple pips.

Ardzo rzeskie cytrynowo tak. Dziwny profil dzikosci, niecodzienny, ciezko onresli, takie mojre, ciezkie siano z hincikiem kiszonki - nie do konca mi pasuje, w sensie pyszka ale mniejsz aniz niekiedy :)

Having a great beer with the folks. Not very sour but very flavourful, especially as it warms up to room temperature.
