Panther Cub (2021) C.

Nice and smooth. A pleasant dessert-ish sipper.

World Wide Stout (2018) C.

One of my all-time faves. Just beautiful and roasty and delicious. No frills. No BS additives. Just great beer.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) C.

Breakfast... Soooo freakin' solid. Not too sweet. Flavors really blend and layer well. Coffee can waaay overpower some stouts, but this was a perfect amount. 4.4

Backwoods Bastard (2020) C.

1 for now, 3 for the cellar. What a wonderful sipper. Lots of layers of flavor without being too sweet like a lot of barrel aged beers. Just right.

Higher Math C.

2015- enjoyed at 5 years old - pours murky reddish brown, little carbonation, boozy chocolate covered cherry. Raisins. Chocolate overpowers the cherry too much. Little too sweet. Thick and syrupy. Glad to have tried it. They hit what they were aiming for.

120 Minute IPA (2018) C.

Just a huge beer. Sort of reminds me of an American Barleywine like Bigfoot at this point. Resinous and piney and sticky and lingering for ages. Can't wait to see what more years in the cellar will do to it. Very complex. Still as hoppy as a normal IPA.
